• The rates include: linen, towels, kitchenware and tableware, heating, electricity and hot water, all taxes and SAT TV in each apartment. Also included is the Holidaypass.

• You may use the barbecue in the house garden

• Pets are welcome (please inform us when booking)
• The apartments are available from 1pm on arrival day
• We ask you to be so kind and leave the apartment within 10am on departure day
• In case of late arrival or early departure the amount of the whole booking must be paid. Sorry for that!
• In case of shorter bookings -less than 4 nights- we will be forced to charge 60 euros for the final cleaning, instead of 30 euros.
• The booking is binding after payment receipt
• In case of booking cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to the holiday start, we are sorry but no refund can be considered.
  In case of booking cancellation within 4 weeks prior to the holiday start, or in case of late arrival or early departure, you will be charged the whole amount due (100%) for the booked stay
